serene escape

spacious rooms clean pool air-conditioned transfer

the rooms were new and spacious! i loved how clean they were. the pool temperature was lovely! the cycling was great because everything was close by. the staff gave excellent service, and i appreciated the air-conditioned land transfer with water and snacks. i valued the resort's environmental efforts and the well-equipped gym.

The resort is a bit far from the ferry terminal, so allow extra time for transportation to avoid any stress. The serene location adds to the pleasure of my stay.

a serene villa getaway

spacious villa complete amenities attentive service

i stayed in a beachfront villa. the villa was spacious with complete amenities. the service was attentive. even during the monsoon season, the resort was serene. dining at rica-rica was a highlight. lamb satay was delicious. breakfast had great variety.

i experienced an organization issue. the hotel informed me of an early departure shuttle. the timing did not align with my ferry departure time. no alternative transfer was offered, which i found disappointing.

the staff ALWAYS thought flexibly about guest enjoyment . the resort maintenance aged gracefully, even with older facilities. i found improvements EACH time i returned, which i appreciated.

the resort spans a large plot of land. EVEN when the resort is full, it doesn't feel crowded. this vastness ALLOWED for a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere throughout my stay.

Remote Location with Some Issues

remote location fixed shuttle

The location is quite isolated, far from many attractions and both ferry terminals. A cockroach was in my room one night, I had to deal with it myself. Not ideal. The hotel informed me of a fixed shuttle timing that did not align well with my ferry departure. It resulted in an unnecessary wait. I was offered a paid car transfer, it reminded me of an attempt to upsell rather than accommodate me, I was disappointed. No other solutions were provided, it soured the experience slightly.
