a good extended stay
refurbished suite ample space new year event high decor standard
My wife and i returned for a four-night stay. a new year's eve dinner and dance event included a three-course meal and a live band. it all went smoothly, and everyone looked happy. we stayed in a refurbished suite. It offered ample space and a high standard of decor.
Hot water took a while to heat up. It required running all taps for ten minutes.

the hotel is on a golf course. the grounds feature roaming deer. there are sufficient parking spaces near the entrance, always convenient.

the suite included a dining area with table and chairs, and a dressing room with wardrobes. the seating area contained a settee, a coffee table and a large tv. the bathroom featured a high-powered shower, a bath. two sinks with mirrors.

The reception team was warm and cute. They ensured we knew where everything was. cody was very attentive and professional. he presented my daughter with a birthday plate decorated with chocolate writing and strawberries.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of options, each of very good quality. the afternoon tea was to a high standard, and they catered well for gluten-free needs. the event included a three course meal, which went smoothly.

excellent stay!
spacious room great comfort golf course
i found the room to be spacious and clean. the bed offered great comfort. i enjoyed the lovely view overlooking the golf course. it was easy to access the swimming pool too.
The bar staff acted rudely. They accused my husband of lying about a drink request.

The swimming pool has a good size, suitable for a solid training session and relaxation. It is open until late. The spa is tired. There is also a driving range available.

Breakfast offered a lot of choice and the dining area looked clean. staff struggled to keep up with demand sometimes. The hotel serves brunch. The meat served in the dinner was very dry.

Check-in was quick. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were spacious. The gym and pool facilities were excellent. I found both dinner and breakfast to be good value.
The bar drinks were a bit expensive..

delayed porridge long wait
The gym had modern equipment. The surroundings are quite peaceful. It was a good stay.
I was very annoyed. Breakfast service wasn't great. On our first morning, we ordered porridge. It took about 25 minutes. The waitress never came back to update us. Later, I discovered the shower was not hot unless you ran the taps for ten minutes. That's ridiculous for a four-star hotel.

spacious room wardrobe space fresh milk
I enjoyed a very spacious room with plenty of wardrobe space. The fresh milk delivery each morning was a pleasant service. The pancake maker at breakfast added a fun touch to the meal.
