I stayed in a One Bedroom Cottage. The space was great. The design included a toilet on the ground floor and another upstairs in the bedroom. The staff was very helpful and cute.

The spa was quite crowded. Large groups occupied the hot tubs. It was difficult to use all the facilities, as the indoor swimming area was full and beds were reserved.

The cottage offered great space. It had everything needed for a relaxing break.

the carpet had a significant tear and a stain, i found black hairs on one of the beds. the room condition did not reflect the price paid. the experience was disappointing overall.

gorgeous experience!

beautiful buildings outdoor spa delicious food great staff

I arrived and i was instantly wowed by the land and buildings. it is beautiful! the outdoor spa is amazing. we ate dinner in the castle. the hotel provided transport, and the driver, craig, was the best. I learned the hotel owns the castle too. food is delicious. i cannot wait to return to this fine place. i especially loved the great staff.

the bedrooms were super clean, but the living room in our cottage didn't seem touched after the previous guests. this was a small detail, but noticeable.

our one bedroom cottage included a well-stocked mini-bar. soft drinks and crisps were complimentary for the children and the bed offered great comfort, a perfect touch for restful nights. the hot tub was also very clean.

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. connor at the cottage reception helped with the food ordering app, which i really appreciated. He was very patient. i found a girl who provided lots of information.
