the aviator bar was quite frustrating. i could not book a table beforehand and had to find one myself. once seated, i was told there was no waiter service at the table. i stood at the bar for nearly ten minutes but was ignored by the staff. when i finally got someone's attention, i was told there was no bar service at the bar, only table service. it reminded me of a broken system.

the free hotel shuttle runs frequently. it goes to both the train station and the airport. breakfast offered a good range of hot and cold options. the staff were really helpful especially with directions.
the bar selection was somewhat limited late in the evening.

The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices and really good coffee. It was a great start to the day! the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. i got a ground floor room as i asked and that worked out perfectly! the airport shuttle in the morning ran very smoothly.
Parking was limited to 15 minutes free. I found it stressful trying to find a space and check in quickly. i had to pay because i was a few minutes over, and that felt a bit much.

Breakfast includes a wide variety of options, with decent food! i particularly enjoyed the warm welcome and hospitality. the service made my mornings easier. It set a positive tone for the day ahead, though the dining space was somewhat crowded.

The hotel offered a fantastic shuttle service to all terminals. The drivers were helpful and efficient! the short distance to the airport terminals made early morning departures less stressful. easy access to transportation really enhanced my trip. It was simple and quick.

the room was a Beautiful Double Room and it included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also available. I saw complimentary toiletries were supplied in the bathroom.
