This hotel is AMAZING! Katie and Alex, from the reception team, welcomed my husband and me. They asked if we celebrated a special occasion. That was very thoughtful. We mentioned this was a treat, as we had a babysitter during school holidays. Katie and Alex provided a free upgrade to a newly furnished top-floor room. This room was light, spacious, and clean!

Our superior room, though generally okay, lacked obvious amenities like a bottle opener.

the staff throughout the hotel were helpful. jordan was particularly polite at check-in. the room was very clean and i found the bed very comfortable. the hotel's location is superb allowing easy access to the city center.

i found that coffee sachets were not replenished in the room. this required me to request them at reception. i also missed having a fridge in the room.
