a somewhat underwhelming stay
dated bathroomnoisy air conditioning
the room itself was rather dated. the bathroom fixtures showed their age, and i struggled with the shower controls for an embarrassingly long time. also, the noise level was higher than i anticipated. i could clearly hear conversations in the hallway and the drone of the air conditioning unit was quite distracting..

The room featured a safe, an iron, tea, coffee, biscuits, water, and bedside chargers. The large tv offered many channels. The room and bathroom looked modern and very clean. The late Sunday breakfast until 11am was convenient, and the 12:00 late checkout was helpful.

Front desk staff gave information regarding the shuttle bus to and from the airport. The staff member provided details that were needed. A staff member assisted with directions to Terminal 1 the night of arrival to prevent getting lost for an early flight.

The hotel staff was really helpful at reception. i found tea and coffee making facilities in the room. i also liked the good quality toiletries provided. They reminded me of a special treat.
i found that the car park was unlit. the only parking available was in the mud. the corridor to the rooms looked quite dated.

Orlando provided excellent assistance during check-in. I had requested a room with a bathtub. My room had a large television. Hot water was plentiful and basic toiletries were available. The on-site restaurant featured a varied menu, and my food was hot and tasty.
The signage to the hotel from the airport was not clear.
