chipped paintwork dated bathroom

the doorman was very helpful with our luggage. it was a welcome touch.

the room looked tired, and i noticed chipped paint on the furniture. the bathroom felt dated and could use an update. plus, i was surprised to discover that a cooked breakfast cost extra. this felt a little stingy for what i paid.

prime location room upgrade lovely breakfast

The hotel enjoys a PRIME location. Staff quickly managed our luggage. I received an unexpected room upgrade on arrival. The room offered a lovely breakfast.

THE hotel bar seemed slightly overpriced. The cocktail cost was £35 for two.

The hotel's location is very central.

I stayed in room 238 and was disappointed. The paint work looked yellow, the decor was dated, and the wallpaper was ripped. I felt this room didn't reflect the hotel's supposed standards.
