modern cleanliness friendly staff address announcement disorganized breakfast

I enjoyed the modern cleanliness of the hotel (it really was super clean!). The staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the spaciousness of my Signature Double room and how quiet it was. The resort's selection of dining options was great.

The receptionist announced my address publicly during check-in. I found this a serious breach of confidentiality (quite shocking actually).

The breakfast offered a good selection of food. I found plenty of choices.

The double lock on the entry door did not work. I asked staff at reception to check that I was using it correctly. I was still unable to lock the door.

confusing signs single chair

The location was hard to find. Confusing signs directed me around the Genting Arena complex. It took a while to locate the hotel car park! There was only one chair in the room, I thought it was a bit thoughtless.

a balanced stay

powerful shower clean room untidy changing room malfunctioning jets

the room was great! it had a twin setup with ample space, clean and tidy (i especially liked the posh coffee). the shower was awesome with very powerful water pressure.

the spa was a letdown. the changing room was untidy with towels and other items scattered on the floor. many hydrotherapy jets in the pool were not functioning properly.
