The breakfast offered a good selection of food. I found plenty of choices.

The double lock on the entry door did not work. I asked staff at reception to check that I was using it correctly. I was still unable to lock the door.

The location was hard to find. Confusing signs directed me around the Genting Arena complex. It took a while to locate the hotel car park! There was only one chair in the room, I thought it was a bit thoughtless.

the room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room (i thought those days were over). also, the mini-fridge was empty (not even water).

the room was great! it had a twin setup with ample space, clean and tidy (i especially liked the posh coffee). the shower was awesome with very powerful water pressure.

the spa was a letdown. the changing room was untidy with towels and other items scattered on the floor. many hydrotherapy jets in the pool were not functioning properly.
