i WAS annoyed that the spa, a reason i BOOKED, now costs extra. the hotel's website still said it was free, it is really misleading. the room that i recived was also a letdown, the lights in the bathroom DIDN'T work. I reported it, but nothing happened doring my stay.

I enjoyed the room. it was clean. i could also see the castle. room service was quick and accurate, not to mention the food was amazing!!! the staff was friendly and helpful. Isabella, at check-in, gave great recommendations for exploring the city. i also liked that the kitchen stayed open late.

The room got uncomfortably hot, I found this quite bothersome. The breakfast quality was not good, I did not find the food very delicious. the service at breakfast was slow. It was hard to get a coffee.

The breakfast offered a high standard in both quality and quantity, a good start to each day. i found the bar area quite relaxing. i particularly enjoyed my room's excellent bath and facilities.

I found the pool and one spa being unexpectedly closed. this was a significant letdown. I was looking forward to using those facilities, and their closure impacted my experience.
