adequate stay downtown
ideal location helpful staff decent equipment loud music missing coffee machine high price
the hotel's location was ideal. i could easily reach many attractions. the gym had a decent range of equipment. i also found the staff to be quite helpful.
My room faced a nightclub. music was loud until late. the room lacked a coffee machine. There was only a kettle. the price for cocktails seemed quite high.

comfy bed reasonable mini bar free water
I liked the comfy bed. The mini bar options were reasonable, and free water was provided, which I appreciated. The room concept felt modern, i liked the space and how they organized everything.
The shower flow was somewhat weak. This made rinsing shampoo a bit difficult.

Breakfast provided varied options from the menu. The self-serving section had fewer items than comparable hotels, it was still acceptable. The design of the hotel creates a modern atmosphere for dining.

This location offers easy access to many of the city's attractions. It is convenient. The surrounding area felt safe and well maintained. Transportation options were readily available near the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The doorman was very helpful, especially with directions. Reception staff efficiently handled check-in and check-out processes.

reasonable stay , some drawbacks
superb location friendly staff unique design street noise confusing lighting tepid water
the location was superb , placing me right in the heart of everything. the staff was also friendly and helpful. i appreciated the unique design of the room , with its separate shower and toilet areas.
the noise from the street was quite disruptive at night. i found it difficult to sleep well because of nearby pubs. also , the lighting controls were a bit confusing to use at night. finally , the sink only had tepid water , which wasn't ideal for shaving.

no assistance missing view
The valet parking was pre-booked, i even shared my arrival time, yet no one assisted with luggage or the car. my "chamber king" room, priced at £500 a night, had zero view, only a wall. This was frustrating. dinner at the commons club never happened. After a 15-minute wait, no one seated us. They kept saying someone would be with me shortly.
