a super clean stay with city views
large balcony city view tea selection
the room was big. it had a large private balcony with a gorgeous view of the city. hand soap smelled nice, and there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies.
no negative aspects mentioned.

The location was good. The bedroom was a good size. The bathroom was modern and clean with a great shower. I enjoyed the swimming pool and Sauna. The staff are very friendly!
The hotel is dated and worn. Floors all creek when walking the halls. The tv was small in a big bedroom, also could do with upgrade to smart TV. The was nice, but the presentation of the peas in a disposable portion cup was poor.

super clean room lovely view fantastic welcome
the room was super clean and we had a lovely view from the window the breakfast had a very good selection and extended hours until 11:30 the staff provided a fantastic welcome and could not do enough on check in.
i noticed the wifi signal was not strong .

the hotel has a well-kept leisure center with a swimming pool and a modern gym it features multiple treadmills stationary bikes and free weights accessible to all guests throughout their stay here.

average stay with some issues
loud air conditioning disorganized breakfast
the air conditioning in the room was quite loud. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. i also found the breakfast service somewhat disorganized. there seemed to be a shortage of staff so the tables were not cleared promptly and some food items ran out quickly, needing constant requests for refills.

poor presentation unclean dressing room
I noticed some areas need improvement. The presentation at dinner wasn't great. My peas came in a disposable cup. Breakfast had many flies around the bread! Also the pool area felt quite worn, and the dressing room seemed uncleaned. There was a lot of dust and dirt, disappointing.

Excellent City Center Hotel
My room was a good size, simple, and clean. I enjoyed that. The hotel is right in town, so it's easy to get around. I also found parking convenient, a plus in a central location.

The hotel features a lovely bar that overlooks the river. It offers a relaxing atmosphere. I also noted that there is free parking available , a significant advantage in this area. The gym has modern equipment.

The hotel is centrally located, and this allows easy access to all city activities. That's really good. It's only a short walk to the shopping center and various tourist attractions. The views of the water are gorgeous from the restaurant.

The reception staff are friendly and efficient. I received assistance quickly during check-in. Staff at the restaurant were courteous throughout my visit. That was appreciated. I found the team member Olivia particularly helpful.

My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I had a comfortable stay. The contemporary bathroom includes modern fixtures. I also found tea and coffee making facilities as expected in the room. I enjoyed it a lot
