I found the staff very friendly. The breakfast selection was huge! The room featured a comfortable super king-size bed.

The room was clean. The staff at reception was very nice upon arrival.
The executive room felt small, especially the bathroom. It only had a shower with no bath. the room was warm, and there was no air conditioning. A dyson air fan did not help. also, drinks service at the carvery was slow.

i found filtered water available on each floor. it included a jug for refilling in the room. this was a very welcome addition. the rooms were modern, and everything looked great.
the power in the room went out twice. i think it was a faulty card reader. the reception stated my phone wiped the card, this is not true.

the room had a double bed. the breakfast offered many choices, all well presented. the gym, sauna, and pool are available and good.
i did find it a bit difficult to sleep because of some noise from outside.
