superb experience

walkable beach modern room

The very walkable beach was right outside. i enjoyed the modern room and slept well in the comfortable bed. food options at the bar were good. Flexible responses to special needs made everything smooth.

i encountered a communication issue regarding bridal suite changes. it was quickly resolved by the team though.

Adequate stay, some issues encountered

The location on the sea is beautiful and I enjoyed the scenery. A walking path goes along the coast to Malahide and I visited it. I was given a ground floor room because I traveled with a baby.

The shower didnt work for two of my four nights here. Access to ice was not available at all. Coffee was not available until 6:30 AM and is not free .

cute staff professional staff clean room ample breakfast good breakfast faulty aircon missing facilities no hot water

the reception staff were cute and professional. the room was clean. breakfast had plenty of choice and was set in a lovely space overlooking the gardens.

the beautiful room did not have working aircon. a fan was offered. the room we were moved to did not have the facilities advertised for the standard of room (i had to point this out using their website). we also had no hot water the next morning.

Excellent Golf and Spa Experience

secure parking fantastic golf

The hotel has secure metered parking free for residents. The staff were great, and the spa experience was amazing. I played golf on the Jameson Links, a fantastic course set up to the highest standard.

The drink prices in the bar were exorbitant. On principle, i would not pay those prices again.

The hotel has a spacious reception area with an accessible lift. It also features a well-appointed front entrance area with a clever drop-off zone. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use.

relaxing getaway by the sea

secure parking luxurious reception area professional service high standard

the hotel had secure metered parking that was free for residents. upon arrival, i found a spacious and luxurious reception area. the server at the bar, emma, was particularly excellent. She provided very professional service. i found the jameson links golf course to be set up to the highest standard. It was a true test for any player.

The small balcony could use some tidying up. I did notice weeds and clay buildup from birds.

the staff was lovely and very helpful, from the front desk to the spa. helen especially were really good on a busy day. she explained our de-stress massage and seaweed bath, and we felt lighter afterward.

the hotel is in a great location, close to the beach. the hotel is situated about a mile away from shops and restaurants, so private transport or a taxi is preferable if dining off-site. the hotel's location near the ocean provided a peaceful sound.

My valentines meal was lovely!!! it was served in generous portions. The waitresses were a delight. i had food in the jameson bar, and it was delicious. It was served to the highest quality. the breakfast was good too.
