adequate stay but with issues
unwelcoming attitudeadded hassle
the check-in experience wasnt great at all. the staff member made jokes i didnt appreciate. it felt a bit unwelcoming because of their attitude. plus, i had to go back later to ensure my welcome points were added.

The regular shuttle bus service to Dublin Airport was convenient. The front desk staff was very nice and cute. They kept my luggage after I checked out so I could explore Dublin longer. I am grateful.
The parking cost 15 euros. I was not aware of this, so I was a little frustrated. I believe this could be communicated better.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport , which was prompt and efficient. The room was spacious with functional furniture.
