The breakfast offered many choices and was readily available. I appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out processes. My room had sufficient space and included comfortable beds, ensuring restful sleep. The location is very convenient, near the airport, which streamlined my travel arrangements.

I noticed some slight wear on the corridor carpets.

I dined at the steak and lobster restaurant where Christina provided amazing service. The restaurant provided a comfortable environment and the food arrived swiftly. Breakfast included a yogurt bar with nuts, fruits and healthy toppings.

My room was very clean, and the bathroom included everything i needed. the bedding was great. The sheets were soft, and the pillows felt fluffy, a welcome treat after a long flight! i also found parking easy to arrange. public transport access to and from the hotel proved simple, exactly what you need at an airport hotel.

the hallways were long, a little confusing to navigate at first.

convenient parking really good service reasonable price great food

The parking was definitely a plus. the reception lady showed really good service and kindness. i found the hotel to be reasonably priced, especially given its location. the pheasant inn nearby provided great pub food. It was only a five-minute walk, and i really enjoyed my dinner there.

the air conditioning unit was quite loud, a bit difficult to sleep with it running.

the hotel offers convenient access to heathrow airport. i used the hoppa bus, it stopped right outside. my room was clean and spacious. i found the bed comfortable for a restful night before my flight.

i noticed some wear on the furniture in the room.

Surprised by this hotel

clean room soft sheets fluffy pillows easy parking

The room was very clean and i found everything i needed in the bathroom. Bedding was VERY nice, sheets soft and pillows fluffy. I was happy after my flight. Parking was easy to arrange and public transport to and from the hotel was VERY easy.

The hallways are long and confusing, i was lost a few times.

My double room included a king bed with crisp linens and plump pillows, ensuring rest. A spacious work desk, with conveniently located outlets, allowed me to easily work. The blackout curtains were GREAT, and completely blocked outside light.
