slightly underwhelming, i must say

small room broken remote

the location was convenient, i guess and near the tube station.

The room was rather small, not exactly spacious. and the television remote did not work properly, so i had to get up and change the channel myself, what a nuisance. plus, the minibar was understocked. I was hoping for a wider selection of overpriced snacks.

the location was acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.

The room i got was quite small. there were also several issues with the service. The staff seemed undertrained and disorganized. i was like the hotel was overpriced for the quality of service and the room i received. It was not what i expect from a five-star hotel.

The hotel decor looks fine and the location is GREAT. I especially liked that breakfast tasted very good and the bed, especially the duvet, felt AMAZING!!!

The complimentary mini bar included only two bottles of water and two tiny bottles of milk. The hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel because the service felt inconsistent.

This hotel is beautiful! The location was super convenient, very close to public transport. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I especially liked the complimentary happy hour. It was a lovely bonus after a busy day.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected for the price, though everything else made up for it!

The hotel's location is very convenient. Russell Square tube station is just around the corner. A nice park sits across the street. The room was quiet and pleasant with chairs for relaxation and a comfortable bed.

The bathroom mirror lacked adequate lighting.

great location convenient transportation

Check-in occurred smoothly. The location is great for accessing major attractions. I found it easy to walk to the British Museum from the hotel. The metro station at the doorstep provided convenient transportation to Heathrow for my departure.

The room felt somewhat small. I found it difficult to open both suitcases simultaneously with my husband.

Indeed, the bronze dragon statue known as Lucky George is a permanent fixture at the hotel. It holds historical significance as only two were created, with the other residing in the Titanic dining hall at the bottom of the ocean.
