modern facilities friendly staff amazing location
the hotel is very modern, i loved the modern facilities. the staff was very friendly and professional. the location is really amazing and convenient!

slow room service inadequate insulation
the gym facilities were acceptable , with a selection of modern equipment.
I found several issues , though. the room service was slow , items i requested took over an hour to arrive. additionally , the noise insulation was inadequate. I could clearly hear street noise throughout the night .

The spa was disappointing. It was messy upon arrival. i requested a massage and waited over an hour, but staff then said i never confirmed the treatment. the matter was not handled well.

leaky shower excessive noise
the location was convenient.
my room faced an inner courtyard, so it lacked natural light, i had to keep the curtains closed. the shower leaked and there was excessive noise coming from nearby rooms and the reception area. these issues impacted my stay and didn't meet my expectations.
