the staff was attentive and helpful (especially in the restaurant). the location was ideal, a short walk to many attractions. the hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing. i found the room service to be prompt and the food arrived hot and well-presented.
The gym was a bit small for a hotel of this size. It could use more equipment.

Really good Service and Fine Setting

The atrium impressed me. It was beautifully decorated for the season. The room was modern and a good size. I found the spa fabulous. The Dover sole in the Wintergarden restaurant was excellent.
