charming stay at the o2
direct access helpful staff plentiful options
the access to the o2 arena directly from the hotel was very useful. the staff i encountered were helpful. the breakfast buffet had plentiful options.
the gym was a little busy during peak hours.

A balanced stay experience
covered walkway breakfast option amazing taste long hair shower door wet floor
This hotel is connected to the O2 arena via a covered walkway. The location was really convenient. The breakfast had many options and tasted amazing. The hotel staff seemed friendly.
I found long hairs in the shower upon arrival. The shower door did not close completely, this made the floor wet. Housekeeping did not replace sanitary bags after cleaning.

my room included a coffee machine and tea making facilities. the bathroom had two separate sinks. the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
the minibar prices felt a little high (especially for water).

ripped carpet hotel phone
The location was perfect for the o2 arena. We walked there directly from the hotel.
The room i booked was not what i expected. i found the condition of the carpet very disappointing. It had a large ripped section. also, the entire hotel phone system was down, a major inconvenience when i needed to contact room service.

The hotel is very close to the O2 arena. It is convenient with a private walkway into the venue. I also appreciated the excellent breakfast. There was plenty of choice and well-cooked options were available. All dining room staff were very friendly. I found the staff were helpful with luggage handling. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Even the basic rooms are large. The beds are comfortable.
The duvet was cheap polyester. It was very noisy when i moved.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa. A large window offered a view of the surrounding area. There was a work desk with ample lighting and accessible power outlets.

Staff members were consistently helpful and polite. Concierge services efficiently managed requests for transportation. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The reception desk provided prompt assistance with check-in and check-out.
