the king room with bunk beds was good value. it was spacious and clean. the room included usb charging points, i didn't need a uk outlet converter. an automatic point to reserve a ride to the airport was available and payment in advance was an option.

i wanted a hotel within walking distance of heathrow airport. the tunnel was closed for pedestrians. i had to take a taxi, i found this disappointing.

The family room had bunk beds. My kids liked them a lot. The room was spacious and modern, very clean (a plus). The pool was a decent size, and the kids enjoyed it. The staff were great. They always helped me, I appreciated it.
