the location was perfect. the room cleanliness also stood out to me. i found it impressively maintained .

i found a black hair in a folded towel. our server did not promptly offer drinks, and i felt a bit overlooked, it wasn't pleasant.

the room was excellent! it was well-equipped for our son. the hotel provided a cot for him that he slept on for the night. abi at the front desk proved excellent and helped us with every need we had.

The beautiful king room had a bird's eye view of the city. It was exactly as advertised! the bed was very comfy. complimentary bottles of water were provided daily, and i found that very convenient.

i appreciated the executive lounge access, it provided a relaxing space. the gym was modern with several machines, i liked it. the room had wonderful views of the park.

the in-room wi-fi, though available, experienced occasional speed fluctuations.

The hotel staff was very nice. the executive lounge is one of the best i have been in. breakfast is a very nice lay out. It include light dinner options too.

our room was small, with a tiny bathroom, very little storage space and one chair. the air conditioner did not work and our room was too hot on arrival. it then became far too cold after it was fixed.

Team members showed efficiency and were friendly. beverages and 'little bites' were supplied to the room daily. This was excellent. staff were very helpful and respectful to all guests .

The brasserie is on the ground floor and overlooks hyde park. the menu is varied, and the staff are good. the food is very tasty and beautifully presented. Their set menu includes wine and provides great value.
