wonderful stay

excellent care accommodation change extra care

The general manager dennis provided excellent care and service. i requested a change of accommodation because my initial room was uncomfortable. he listened, actioned my request, and extended the same courtesy to my friend. We both appreciated it. the extra care and attention was evident throughout my stay.

The air conditioning system kept switching modes. It went from ac to heat to fan automatically. the room became quite warm. the windows were also locked closed. the front desk reset the system, but it kept malfunctioning.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym. it offers multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. these amenities support various fitness routines .

A Romantic Interlude

room upgrade large room great breakfast

Jon at reception gave me a welcome upgrade to a superior room. It was lovely and very large. Breakfast was a lovely experience that started the day well. The location helped me explore so much.

Green Park is only two minutes away, perfect for peaceful moments. St Pancras Station is within fifteen minutes, offering easy travel. The hotel has very central position and offers great access to shopping and restaurants.

Andrea at the front desk checked me in several times. Staff members are genuinely kind and helpful to every guest. The concierge and doormen are uber polite.

Really good Service and Central Location

friendly staff prompt service quiet room helpful doormen

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Irina was particularly attentive and ensured my stay was excellent. Concierge service provided by Michael was prompt and efficient. The doormen were consistently cute and helpful. My room was quiet, facing the inside of the building, and located on an upper floor.

The standard room air conditioning made an irritating sound, it challenged my sleep

Breakfast offered a great selection at the buffet. Guests could also order from a menu. The dining room had a quiet, cozy atmosphere, and the breakfast was delicious. The bar had a city bar feel. The cocktail menu looked enticing.

My room included great towels, toiletries, a comfy bed and a widescreen tv. There was also an iron, ironing board, safe, and coffee making equipment. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping service was excellent, providing above standard care each day.
