Wonderful Sea View Room

fantastic view quiet fridge fluffy towels
I was upgraded to a double room and it had a fantastic view and the sound of the sea. The fridge worked quietly and contained two complimentary bottles of water. I found fresh towels, quite fluffy. I'm HAPPY I booked it.
The kettle was difficult to fill due to the angle of the sink and tap.

firm pillows underwhelming biscuits
The restaurant provided a wide selection of food with reasonable prices.
The pillows were firm and no alternatives were available (I even asked!). I also found the complimentary biscuits underwhelming, and I would have preferred shortbread or something similar.

lovely beer garden fantastic location slippery shower floor missing shelf
I was happy that the location was fantastic. the beer garden overlooked the golf course. It was lovely to sit there.
the shower floor was slippery, i think a mat would have helped. there wasn't a shelf for the toiletries, so we had to put them on the floor.

pleasant staff good-sized room comfortable bed missing towel rack missing handrail no safety notice
I enjoyed the pleasant staff and the good-sized room. The bed provided comfort and rest. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was very nice.
The bathroom lacked a towel rack. The bathroom also lacked a handrail to aid getting in and out of the bath for showering. I did not find a fire safety notice on the back of the room door.
