The location proved convenient (close to amenities).

Upon arrival, I received minimal information about available services. When I inquired about Uber pick-up locations, the male receptionist responded rudely, stating, "We don't do Uber". He offered no assistance, even though I had already ordered my ride. His unhelpful attitude deterred me from asking further questions .

A Tender Experience

The hotel decor felt special. Breakfast by menu order featured delicious almond croissants, I ate them every morning. I appreciated that I could ask the front desk to adjust the room temperature.

When I arrived I was told very little about what was available. I was also told when I asked where does Uber usually pick up the man was very snotty and said we don't do Uber. I had already ordered my Uber and figured it out. He was not very nice so I quit asking any questions. Luckily the next day a very nice woman was at front desk and she was very helpful. The man was not nice at all. I am a single woman in my 60s and not demanding at all. I won't come back to this hotel and I come to Vienna every few years.

I found the location convenient. It was very close to many attractions. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. i really liked the tasty breakfast. It offered a good selection of food and drinks.
