convenient stay near vienna airport
prompt serviceeasy parkinguseful kettle
the staff are really good and provided prompt service. parking was easy, as i could easily find a spot on site. the room included free coffee and tea, a detail i greatly appreciated. i found the kettle especially useful for making a quick beverage.
the absence of a phone in the room was a small inconvenience.

The free shuttle service to the airport operated promptly at 4 AM , exactly as scheduled. I also found the breakfast to be ample with many choices.
The soundproofing was not perfect , as I could faintly hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The breakfast had a good variety of options.
The room felt cramped. I booked a Triple Room, but there was barely space for our luggage (it's frustrating when reality doesn't match the photos online). there weren't any phones in the rooms. I had to go to the lobby every time I needed assistance.

cockroach in roomrude driver
I found a cockroach in the room. it wasn't fantastic. i booked the shuttle to the airport for early in the morning. the driver did not seem pleased to be up that early. He was rude to me and another group needing the shuttle.
