The location was really convenient for getting around. i found it easy to walk to many attractions. public transportation was close. breakfast had a great variety. I especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit. the staff were really polite, i thought. even though the hotel had a classic style, the facilities were good, and the bathroom was spacious.
i felt the room could have been slightly brighter. the decor was okay but could have been a bit more modern.

mixed feelings about my stay

good locationhigh temperatureheating problem
the location was good with transport only a few minutes from the underground station.
The room temperature was a real issue. It was far too hot. i asked the staff about regulating the temperature, but it seemed impossible to get it right. they kept saying they had fixed it, but the radiator was still blasting out heat. it made sleeping comfortably difficult, and that was really disappointing.

the hotel appears dated. i would not expect a modern space, but it looks old. the air conditioner was weak. i had to use a floor ventilator to sleep at night.
