the reception staff were professional .

the air conditioning unit was excessively loud. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night (i expect better in a 4-star hotel). furthermore, the beds were quite firm, and i found it hard to get a good night's rest.

the apartment was big. it included all appliances and amenities, i was happy. it was quiet even though we were in the city center. the breakfast was fine!

the second "bedroom" is barely more than a walk in closet. it had a glass panel for natural light. this "room" is only about 3-4 square meters.

the apartment was fully equipped. the washing machine was a nice surprise, it really helped after a long trip.

The bed mattress seemed like a u shape. It was not comfortable. the tv app did not work either. I could not stream my shows.
