mixed feelings about the stay

outdated hallwaysmissing toothpaste
I was somewhat disappointed. the absence of room service was inconvenient. after a long day, i really wanted to have a meal in my room (but that was not possible). the hallways felt a bit outdated, not what i expect in a hotel of this standard. i also noticed a lack of basic amenities in the room. Things like toothpaste were missing.

the hotel location was pretty good, right in the center. it was easy enough to walk to the main attractions, i guess.
The room i got wasn't great. the ac didn't work properly, so it was always too hot, a real bummer. also, the minibar was practically empty, just a couple waters. Not what i expect from a hotel that costs so much. i'd expect more for what i paid, honestly.

I really enjoyed the central location. It was perfect for getting around. Breakfast offered a superb selection with very attentive staff. They were friendly and funny! I also found the rooms nice, and the bathroom was spacious. Plus, it was quiet,.
The hotel is split into two buildings, and the reception is at the Topazz building, which features a small lobby. It wasn't the end of the world, though it wasn't ideal.
