mixed feelings about the stay
outdated hallways missing toothpaste
I was somewhat disappointed. the absence of room service was inconvenient. after a long day, i really wanted to have a meal in my room (but that was not possible). the hallways felt a bit outdated, not what i expect in a hotel of this standard. i also noticed a lack of basic amenities in the room. Things like toothpaste were missing.

location was fine, but some issues.
broken ac empty minibar
the hotel location was pretty good, right in the center. it was easy enough to walk to the main attractions, i guess.
The room i got wasn't great. the ac didn't work properly, so it was always too hot, a real bummer. also, the minibar was practically empty, just a couple waters. Not what i expect from a hotel that costs so much. i'd expect more for what i paid, honestly.

i adored the central location! it made exploring so easy. the staff were genuinely attentive and kind. the rooftop bar with its amazing views was also a real treat!

Fantastic Central Stay!
central location friendly staff
I really enjoyed the central location. It was perfect for getting around. Breakfast offered a superb selection with very attentive staff. They were friendly and funny! I also found the rooms nice, and the bathroom was spacious. Plus, it was quiet,.
The hotel is split into two buildings, and the reception is at the Topazz building, which features a small lobby. It wasn't the end of the world, though it wasn't ideal.

The hotel enjoys a position very near the Cathedral. Many attractions are within walking distance! This convenience added great value to the stay.

Breakfast occurs on level -1 and features a wide range of traditional European items. Guests can order breakfast as well. The selection ensures a satisfying start to the day and caters to different tastes.

Rooms are nicely decorated. The spacious bathroom included practical amenities. Cleanliness was obviously a priority, and the design helped enhance the experience. A comfortable environment is present.

central location helpful staff super comfortable bed
the location was very central. i could walk to many major sites easily. aysha at reception was very helpful. the bed was super comfortable. the room was big and beautiful.
the air conditioning was very weak. the room felt stuffy sometimes. it.

the hotel has perfect location near main attractions. easy access to transportation exists. this makes it easy to explore nearby tourist sites. the area is very central.

modern bathroom powerful shower blackout curtains
i loved the beautiful room at topazz.. it featured a modern bathroom with premium toiletries and a powerful shower. the air conditioning was effective, maintaining a comfortable temperature. the blackout curtains really ensured restful sleep, blocking out all external light.
the minibar prices are on the higher side.

The staff provided prompt service at reception. i received helpful directions to local attractions from the concierge. the room service was efficient. My requests were handled quickly and accurately.
