funky rooms good environment friendly staff appreciated cleanliness
i loved the funky, cool hotel rooms. the lobby was a VERY GOOD social environment with records to listen to. the staff was helpful and friendly. i especially appreciated the cleanliness of EVERYTHING.
the room lacked a coffee in the room, i WOKE UP every morning around 6 o'clock because of the curtains letting the light in.

The wifi network worked wonderfully. Public transportation was VERY accessible. A coffee purchase option was available, along with something for breakfast. It created a convenient stay.

The lobby is very charming, adorned with retro-style decor. Eco-friendly products are a plus, both in the room and around common areas. I found the food and coffee options to be excellent..
The toilet seat in my room was a bit worn. It seems like a detail that was overlooked.

amazing family stay!
spacious family room well-designed beds amazing shower
i loved the spacious family room with really well-designed beds for the kids! it was the best family room i have ever stayed in. the shower was amazing and i appreciated the balcony and little seating area. it was perfect!
The staff didn't give accurate information. They seemed unprepared. i received conflicting information from different people. it was confusing and frustrating. better staff training would really improve the experience.

retro charm near prater
retro touch comfortable bed subway access
The hotel had a retro stylish design. i was able to join an interesting event and met an author and singer. the subway made it easy to go to the city. I got day tickets to see the palaces and attractions.
i found there was no room service available. i also noticed the room lacked a refrigerator for food and drinks.

i appreciated the helpful staff. they provided useful information about local transport. the location was good, very close to public transport. the hotel offered a coffee shop on the ground floor, convenient.
the room was very basic. i didn't find a fridge which i expected. there was no wardrobe to store clothes, limiting. also, there was no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom.

The hotel features a modern design. The location is near a metro station. Staff members were helpful and friendly. I found board games in the lobby, a great place to relax. There were spaces to work. The hotel is environmentally conscious, important to me.
The room had very light curtains. I woke up early because of the sun.

the self check-in was quick. i found the room spacious. the room was beautifully designed with a unique style.
breakfast options are decent but a vending machine would be great since the options for late-night snacks are limited.
