i found the staff very helpful , always with a smile and ready to assist. the metro station is conveniently located right across the street , very handy for getting around. the facilities were super clean and very comfortable , i especially liked the modern design.

the bar service could have been a little quicker, even when it wasn't busy.

The location was convenient.. a bus station is right outside. Access to the lobby from the private underground parking was direct and easy. My room was prepared for an early check-in and I was accommodated with a late check-out.

The public restroom was temporarily unavailable , as a cleaning lady was present. A cleaning sign and scheduling cleanings during less busy times would be beneficial.

I found the staff very nice and fluent in english. the location is very close to the metro station which i really appreciated. the hotel's design is pretty and very clean, much like the photos online. This.

The room was quite warm, even with the air conditioning running. It felt a bit stuffy at night.
