the check in was pretty smooth, i suppose. it wasn't a total disaster.

okay, so the air conditioning. what a joke. it barely worked, and the blower was loud. also, i was expecting more choice when it came to dining options, but the selection was seriously limited, and the food? lets just say cracker barrel does it better. this place thinks it's fancy, but it needs to try harder.

The hotel is modern and plush. The rooms are nice and neat.

The in-room beverage station was a letdown as it lacked basic supplies. Upon arrival, there were no coffee pods or sugar. Only three tea sachets were available, and all were fruit and herbal teas so I asked housekeeping for more supplies. I was told the hotel only had fruit and herbal teas.

The hotel is near the Belvedere Palace. I found the beds very comfortable for sleeping. The staff was very kind and helpful during my time there. The location is in a calm area, it is suitable for relaxation.

The hotel could use a proper concierge to assist with restaurant reservations. It seems they do not have one yet. This would improve the experience and make dining arrangements easier.

I was very pleased with my room selection. It was a superior king room! the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and i slept soundly each night. housekeeping kept everything super clean, and i appreciated the fresh towels and toiletries provided daily.
