The location was central. Many restaurants and attractions were within easy walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and kept at a pleasant temperature. Breakfast offered a diverse range of food and drink options (especially the fresh fruit).

The hallway floors were tiled, made sounds from other rooms and corridors quite audible.

I was a little disappointed with the noise levels. There was quite a bit of street noise late into the night. the walls also seemed thin. I could hear conversations and activity from adjacent rooms. this impacted my ability to rest properly, something i really needed after long days exploring. finally, the minibar prices were excessively high, i think. A small bottle of water cost almost as much as a meal nearby. the high cost really surprised me.

The lobby offered such great amenities! i loved that fresh fruit and delicious cakes were available. It. the room was cozy. it included everything i could possibly need!

the front desk staff wasn't very cute when i arrived. i didn't receive any kind of welcome drink, a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel. the hotel is quite small and the common areas were nearly nonexistent. there were no slippers in my room!
