amazing experience

central location relaxing spa really good breakfast

the hotel is super central, in a lovely part of the city. it was about a 5 minute walk to the markets and shops (lots of shops!) are on your doorstep. i ended up with an accessible room that was excellent, including a huge bed and blackout blinds. the spa was excellent, really relaxing, with a warm plunge pool, sauna, and steam room. i liked that they had lots of loungers. i found the breakfast fantastic. they had a little buffet and you can also order off the a la carte menu.

housekeeping lacked attention to detail, and an essential in-room item was not in proper condition.

Really good Christmas Stay

lovely view historic building festive atmosphere great attention

I spent time during Christmas with my family in a W Suite. The suite offered a lovely view over the Opera House, and the experience was really nice. The hotel presents a version of the W concept. It feels different with more balance, fitting well with the setting. The historic building and festive atmosphere. Olivia from the W team helped ensure everything was taken care of with attention, even during the holidays.

I found the bar to be a bit too quiet, especially considering it was a weekend in December.

The hotel is super central in a lovely part of the city. It was about five minutes walk to the markets, and the shops are on your doorstep. Excellent restaurants are everywhere. The concierge managed to get us into a lovely Lebanese restaurant.

The spa was excellent and relaxing, with a warm plunge pool, sauna and steam room. There are lots of loungers available. Breakfast was fantastic. They had a little buffet, and you can also order off the A La Carte menu.

At Le Petit Beefbar, special thanks go to Gergő, Assistant Manager, for his professionalism and warm hospitality. Patrik provided perfect dinner service. Veronika assisted us at the table with constant attention and genuine kindness throughout our stay. Her effort to learn a few words of Italian was appreciated.
