The breakfast offered many options. I found the quality of the food to be quite good. The location is near public transportation. It made getting around quite simple. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

My room was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait about an hour. Some small details seemed overlooked. The hangers in the closet looked scratched. The shoehorn was chipped.

the location was acceptable, fairly close to the city center.

The spa was a big letdown. The staff seemed disorganized, and there were no slippers available. worse, we were given used flip-flops!!! even though children weren't allowed after 4 pm, there were kids yelling and playing in the pools around 6 pm. it was far from a relaxing experience, definitely not what i expect from a 5-star hotel.

Romantic Getaway!

Our room offered a serene retreat. The bathroom was especially fine with its large soaking tub and separate shower. The provided toiletries were of high quality. I really loved them. The bed was so comfortable. It made it very hard to get up in the morning.

It was a minor inconvenience but noticeable.
