I found the staff helpful and accommodating. the location allowed easy access to attractions, yet it remained quiet. our room was very comfortable. It had charming period touches. the restaurant proved excellent, offering delicious meals throughout my stay.
the daily cleaning service required some improvement. there were a few minor oversights. i believe addressing this aspect would greatly .

the hotel is a bit removed from the bustling streets. it is very nice to escape the many tourists. i enjoyed the hotel terrace. it had excellent dinners and healthy food with numerous vegetables.

the hotel had a good location. the downstairs restaurant was very convenient. i found the room clean and the noise level acceptable. the staff also seemed quite helpful.
the breakfast menu was limited and not what i expected from the online version. there were also issues with excessive design where practicality should have been prioritized.

Decent Stay but with Some Disappointments
sagged bathlittle privacy
The room was meant to be a good one, but it felt quite worn and needed some work. There was not a shower in the bathroom. Instead, there was an old bath that sagged when you put any weight in it, so I did not feel safe. the glass between the bedroom and bathroom did not allow much privacy, I was not happy.

I appreciated the hotel's beautiful bistro. we had fabulous daily breakfasts there. They were ordered off the menu. kudos to the chef. The food was delicious! but the presentation was amazing!

The location was amazing! I walked to every main attraction without issue. The breakfast was also delicious and offered local specialities, what a treat. The spiral staircase really wowed me. It is totally Instagrammable.
The hotel cleaning was not perfect. I noticed some dust.
