Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues

ornate hotel convenient location well stocked breakfast inattentive staff long wait overpriced drink

The room was beautiful and well kept. The hotel itself is very ornate. I appreciated the location for exploring. It is right next to a subway station and the tram line along the water. Breakfast was wonderful as I expect at European hotels.

The hotel staff were not all very attentive. It took the bell hop a long time to get my baggage up. The bartender spent a considerable time talking to a single person at the bar while we waited. The drink was overpriced.

location is good but service not great

the location was convenient central and accessible

the room wasn't properly cleaned housekeeping was spotty i found some leftover items from previous guests it really detracted from the luxury feel you expect at this price point
