helpful staff complimentary minibar central location interesting design

i enjoyed my stay a lot. the staff were consistently helpful and pleasant. my room included complimentary water, soft drinks, and snacks in the minibar (this was a nice perk). the hotel's central location made exploring the city convenient. i found the historical elements integrated into the building's design particularly interesting.

The outdoor pool area felt somewhat exposed. Tables from the bar overlooked the space and reduced privacy.

The staff were helpful, even assisting with taxi arrangements. The provided toiletries were premium quality. Valet parking made arrival and departure seamless. The location allowed easy exploration of the historical area, a huge plus for me.

The lighting in the room was quite dim, a bit difficult to get ready in the evenings.

the hotel offered a welcome that felt special. the staff's kindness, along with the beautiful room and excellent breakfast, created a complete and lovely experience. i especially adored the comfortable beds and beautifully designed rooms, making it a perfect getaway.

the pool seemed quite small. it seemed more like a decorative fountain than a swimming pool.

poor lighting wasted space

the lighting in the room was AWFUL. there was a lamp i couldn't turn off so i had to unplug it every night it was annoying. the room had an empty space i couldn't use. also, my room overlooked the terrace so there was noise, it was a frustrating experience
