the staff was helpful. breakfast was included and it was nice. the hotel was on a quiet street.

friendly staff prompt delivery lovely spot bottled water

The staff were helpful and very friendly. they promptly delivered an iron and ironing board to my room upon request. i found the rooftop bar to be a lovely spot to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. bottled water was replenished daily. I appreciated this convenience.

i noticed some work happening at the hotel, but it wasn't bothersome at all.

I found a great bar located in the hotel. It offered a relaxed atmosphere. the breakfast terrace provided amazing views with fresh, delicious food to start the day. the food was AMAZING!!!

shallow sink fluctuating shower

I encountered a couple of issues . The mini bar wasn't restocked daily. I expected it to be. the bathroom layout wasn't practical. The sink was oddly small and shallow. Water splashed everywhere when I used it. This made a simple task like washing my face quite frustrating. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly, alternating between scalding HOT and freezing cold without warning.

the central market and plaza de la reina are nearby. several restaurants populate the area. the staff was very helpful. breakfast included an à la carte menu.

good location helpful staff delicious food high noise delivery trucks late night

This hotel had a very good location for seeing the sights. The staff helped me a lot. I liked the breakfast a lot. It had a lot of options, and the food tasted really good.

The noise level in my room was very high. Delivery trucks made noise at night. I could hear shouting from outside. Getting a good night's sleep was not possible.
