excellent experience
comfortable room accessible manager
the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. faults were addressed quickly. i found smoked salmon available during breakfast, which i appreciated. the house wine was also reasonably priced.
the lifts operated slowly, occasionally requiring a wait. i learned late in my visit about a staff lift, which many guests utilized. carpeted corridors would reduce noise from heeled shoes.

The staff in the dining room provided excellent service. I particularly commend the leadership of joachim and mohamed. my cleaner, laverna, maintained the room impeccably. She provided helpful service despite the language differences. the manager was accessible and visible, ensuring satisfaction.

the hotel provides an ideal setting near the beach, nightlife venues, and shopping areas. the front terrace bar proved to be a sun trap during winter. this positioning facilitated convenient access to many local attractions.

an ok stay
great location english channels coffee station unwelcoming staff repetitive menu frustrating lift
The location was great, near shops and restaurants. the room had a tv with many english channels. the hotel provided a bar fridge in the room and a coffee station. It was convenient.
I found the staff not very cute. That affected my experience. the food selection was disappointing, and the menu was repetitive. the lifts were frustrating. Taking the stairs was quicker.

The rooms were very clean. The location on the front terrace got sun all day, a real sun trap. The drinks prices seemed fair.
The lifts were slow. It seemed quicker to take the stairs. The food selection was disappointing. The menu felt repetitive, and the food was barely warm.

extra safe deposit fee slow lifts
the room was clean, a plus.
I was pretty annoyed the safe deposit box cost extra per night, a fee i found ridiculous. also, the tv in the room wasn't wall-mounted. It just sat on the dressing table, and not all the advertised channels even worked. the lifts were also slow. It took ages for them to arrive.

the rooms was clean and included a tv with many channel options. i did appreciate the coffee making facilities in the room. the hotel location was great because it was close to many things.
the lifts are a little slow, so i took the stairs sometimes.

the hotel is near bars and shops. it is a short fifteen minute walk to the beach. the surrounding area is quiet so a good nights sleep is had.

the room has comfortable, warm temperature controls. the shower was powerful and included nice, fluffy towels. the mattresses was great, and i slept well. storage space was adequate for my needs.

I found the location ideal. it was close to bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. the shower was really awesome. I liked it.
I found tea and coffee only provided for the first night. I stayed for five. how much is a milk and a tea bag?

The food here surpasses anything i have tried in similar establishments. there was a lot of choice at every meal i had. i particularly enjoyed the themed nights. Each had a unique and interesting selection.

The rooms are spacious and stylish. i liked the tv. It had lots of english channels, even sky sports. the beds were comfortable and offered a restful sleep. i noticed soundproofing. It helped to keep the room quiet at night.

the hotel location is ideal for the bars and restaurants. the beach is only a short, five-minute walk away. despite its central position, the area remained relatively quiet, even late at night. i found getting around very easy.
