The location was superb i could easily access all key attractions. the staff showed genuine kindness and provided helpful local tips. our beautiful junior suite had modern decor and a cozy atmosphere. A real treat.

The location was great. I appreciated how central it was.
The noise at night was quite bothersome. Thin walls seemed to let sound through easily. the water mix in the bathroom was unstable. It went from cold to very hot without much warning, and I almost burned myself.

The location was really good for sightseeing nearby and the bus stop was close. The staff addressed my needs in a professional and friendly manner. I had a good-sized bed and two bathrooms.
The spa facilities were closed . This was not ideal for me.

The restaurant had great breakfast and one dinner, I liked it. I tried the torrija and can recommend it, also the breakfast was good and substantial for the day.

This hotel stands in the heart of the historical center. It is a short walk to the Cathedral and Torres de Serranos. The Silk Exchange and many dining locations are also very close.

The spa area was closed, and that was a real letdown. i was hoping to relax after a long day of walking around. the lighting in the room wasn't great either. It. also, the breakfast setup was not a buffet. The limited choices did not appealed to me.
