Central Location with Minor Issues

The hotel's location is super central I was able to walk to many attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and it included a wide variety of food options I totally enjoyed it. I also liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff every staff member was helpful.

The air conditioner did not work properly in my room it got very hot. I booked a room with one large bed but I got two single beds instead. There was no bellboy service I had to carry my own luggage I think that's very inconvenient

I loved how central the location was. It made seeing all the main attractions super easy! Breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. The room was also quiet, even though it faced the street.

The bathroom fan was not working. This was inconvenient! I also had trouble adjusting the air conditioning. It seemed to be controlled centrally, a bummer.

The location is very central. Many restaurants are nearby. St Stephen's Basilica is just around the corner. The room was very clean and nicely decorated (I liked the bathroom). The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially during breakfast service).

The water temperature in the shower was unstable.

There was no bellboy service. I had to handle my luggage.

The breakfast service felt disorganized. Staff did not use a table brush to clean crumbs. These crumbs fell to the floor or even onto my lap. I also requested parking when I made the reservation but was not told parking was unavailable until I arrived. The shower had limescale and did not feel clean

i found breakfast very tasty. the hotel is located close to everything. different restaurants are just outside the door. the staff was helpful and very cheerful too.

the shower temperature was not stable, it changed all the time. this did make showering less fun.
