faulty air conditioning hot room

the hotel location is central, that's true. the room was very nice. however, the air conditioning did not work properly. i set the thermostat low, but the room only cooled down a little after two days. sleeping was difficult and i felt hot all night. i hoped for more considering what i paid.

i really liked the design throughout the hotel. the atrium suite i booked was very well designed. the bathroom is fine with a bathtub and spacious shower.

The hotel didn't replace facial tissue, empty dustbins, or vacuum the floor . This oversight was disappointing

the location is perfect! it provides easy access to various points of interest. several shops and restaurants are nearby, and two metro stations are very close, facilitating access to more distant points.

I found breakfast at the pavilon to be great. The staff was very caring. the buffet had a nice selection and the option to order à la carte, was available.

inadequate air conditioning sparsely stocked minibar

I stayed for two nights and found a couple of things disappointing. The air conditioning in my room did not seem to cool the space adequately. It struggled to get below 22 degrees Celsius, even when set lower. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. the minibar was sparsely stocked. It only contained a few soft drinks and some water. More options would have been nice.
