exorbitant feeplastic grass
I found several aspects required improvement. The absence of complimentary water in the room seemed stingy, especially given the presence of coffee and tea facilities. The parking fee reached an exorbitant 28 euros, I found it unjustified. the wellness area featured peculiar plastic "grass" that lacked a sanitary appeal to me.

the staff was helpful. this part met my expectations.
the breakfast was a big letdown since the food quality resembled what you'd find at a budget supermarket, and healthy choices were missing. i also found the cleaning to be subpar. the cleaning lady didn't speak english, and she came in the afternoon despite my request for morning service, she didn't take out all the trash.

my visit was really nice. the staff was friendly and helpfull at every moment. they greeted us with a welcome drink, it was a great touch. the room was also cleaned daily, I really appreciate it.
the fitness room opened late because of the summertime switch. this was really inconvienent because I wanted to use it before breakfast. some effort to help would be appreciated.

The rooftop terrace offers nice sunbeds and a jacuzzi to relax. there is also a spa area with great views. I enjoy it. the hotel provides reusable water bottles, it is a great and eco-friendly detail.

The breakfast disappointed me. The food quality seemed budget, it lacked healthy options, and the fruit seemed stale. It got overcrowded too. The room cleaning was not good. The lady didn't speak English and came to clean in the afternoon even though I asked for the morning. She didn't take all the trash. The coffee machine was broken, and she barged in while my baby was sleepy to test it. It was frustrating.

the room i booked looked inaccurate online. pictures showed a couch area and a separate kitchen. there was no couch. the kitchen was stacked in a weird corner with the fridge right in front of the bed. they said the pictures were from another model studio.
