Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and offered a nice view. The area was convenient, with everything I needed nearby, including a metro station just a two-minute walk away.

I noticed the air conditioning in the room did not seem very effective. Even when it was turned on, it didn't cool the room much. This made the room uncomfortably warm at times.

super convenient location

keleti station was visible from my window. i found a starbucks and burger king just across the street, super handy. exploring the city was easy due to the close subway and train station. i often grabbed quick pastries on the go, so delicious. i stayed several nights.

the hotel offers an airport transfer, but the car didn't show up. i emailed the hotel, but i received no response. i was looking forward to this convenience after traveling overnight with a layover. the staff didn't apologize or offer any care regarding this issue.

the reception staff efficiently handled my check-in. the hotel provided prompt assistance with luggage storage. staff members quickly addressed my inquiries regarding local transportation, that was super helpful.

breakfast included a wide variety of pastries and fresh fruits. the coffee machine dispensed several types of coffee drinks. the dining area was cleaned frequently during service hours, so it was enjoyable.

i found the room to be smaller than expected which was a bit disappointing. the breakfast area seemed understaffed during peak hours there were long queues for the coffee machine and the bread station.
