i found the staff really helpful with directions to local attractions. my room included a smart tv with netflix, which i used on a rainy afternoon. daily room service kept everything tidy, i appreciated it. the hotel offered coffee all day, that was a real plus.
the toilet paper was a bit rough, that is all.

the hotel features a sauna available and massage services are offered by appointment. a business center is also on the premises with quiet relaxation areas provided, there is a lovely cafe called mabelle on site.

I wasn't completely satisfied with my stay. the air conditioning was quite noisy, difficult to sleep soundly. This was pretty frustrating after a long day. also, i found the selection at breakfast somewhat limited for the price. it seemed like some improvements could be.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was quite good.
My room was not as expected. It seemed smaller than the pictures suggested. The view wasn't great either. It overlooked some unappealing old buildings nearby. I thought the experience could have been better.

The hotel is super central with many shops NEXT door and easy access to transport. It IS a short walk to the town center. The Opera metro station IS two minutes away.

the hotel IS new and well-decorated with a beautifull design. Breakfast included gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options for a low price. There IS a bar with a great variety of premium beers.

the room was excellently proportioned and decorated , i thought. the breakfast choice was fantastic , with many options. the location seemed unbeatable for both business and leisure.
i found the toilet paper to be of very low quality. the drinking water tasted terrible , i think they should consider changing these. our room was smaller than it appears in the picture , though.
