the receptionist, tomas, provided great customer service and gave tips about the city. breakfast was also good.

the ac made a very loud noise, and i wasn't the first to complain. i was told to open the window instead, and the curtains let in too much light. the pillows were completely flat also.

The location is perfect. i walked to fisherman's bastion and matthias church in minutes. the staff were excellent. They definitely went the extra mile to help. i can't praise them enough. the food was delicious too. We had breakfast and lunch, which didn't disappoint. it was all a fantastic experience and i will definitely return.

The pillows were not to my liking. they felt completely flat. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. it is still a perfect hotel. i'll just bring my own next time.

The room featured a replenished fridge daily. It contained water and fruit juices. Staff offered very helpful information at check-in. Breakfast included plenty of choice. I also appreciated the excellent location in a quieter area.

The pillows were completely flat. They had no cushion.

The breakfast service offers freshly cooked hot dishes and tasty coffee made to order to personal liking. There is a cellar that guests can enjoy. Its menu is simple yet tasteful, and very surprising to find.
