loud noise flat pillows

the receptionist, tomas, provided great customer service and gave tips about the city. breakfast was also good.

the ac made a very loud noise, and i wasn't the first to complain. i was told to open the window instead, and the curtains let in too much light. the pillows were completely flat also.

perfect location excellent staff delicious food fantastic experience

The location is perfect. i walked to fisherman's bastion and matthias church in minutes. the staff were excellent. They definitely went the extra mile to help. i can't praise them enough. the food was delicious too. We had breakfast and lunch, which didn't disappoint. it was all a fantastic experience and i will definitely return.

The pillows were not to my liking. they felt completely flat. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. it is still a perfect hotel. i'll just bring my own next time.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety, a great value. the bistro is interesting in style. i saw a barista making coffee drinks to order each morning! all food was high quality and tasty.

Really good Stay

replenished fridge helpful staff good breakfast quiet area

The room featured a replenished fridge daily. It contained water and fruit juices. Staff offered very helpful information at check-in. Breakfast included plenty of choice. I also appreciated the excellent location in a quieter area.

The pillows were completely flat. They had no cushion.

The breakfast service offers freshly cooked hot dishes and tasty coffee made to order to personal liking. There is a cellar that guests can enjoy. Its menu is simple yet tasteful, and very surprising to find.

The beds were super comfortable. I really did not want to get out of bed. The room also featured all modern comforts with a quirky and individual design. Each room is unique.
