Really good stay!

direct access stylish design breakfast benedict outside terrace
my room had direct access to the sea via steps from the terrace, amazing. the outside terrace was a great spot. i found the design of the sun parasols quite stylish and functional. the breakfast included very delicious eggs benedict.
The hotel's location includes a road between the main building and the spa. I could hear traffic. the tunnel under the road, though convenient, did little to mitigate street noise.

The hotel is conveniently near a bus stop. This makes travel to central palma easy. the area felt very private, with beautiful surroundings to explore. transportation into town by bus or cab is convenient from this location.

The staff was very responsive. Requests were promptly addressed. the reception desk personnel were friendly, also helpful when i had questions. i found the staff to be professional and polite at all times, very courteous.

The hotel has steps leading directly into the sea, providing unique access. the pool area had a fantastic view. I found it relaxing. spa treatments seemed very good. Many guests seemed to enjoy this facility.

Breakfast was really good. I loved it!!! the restaurant had a cozy environment. I felt very comfortable. the breakfast buffet featured tasty items. There was a wide variety to choose from.

small spa area cold water
the breakfast was acceptable.
i found the spa area small. a one-hour time limit existed. the water temperature was not sufficiently warm, so i felt a bit cold.
