The breakfast buffet was acceptable. There were many choices.
The gym was quite disappointing. only a few machines were operational. Several pieces of equipment were out of order. there was also a persistent musty odor in the changing rooms.

The reception team was VERY helpful, friendly, and cute. The rooms had great views and were really clean.
I was disappointed the inside spa pool was in poor condition with missing tiles. I cut my foot on those tiles. The outside jacuzzi wasn't working and the jets were rusty.

the breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection. the pool area included comfortable sunbeds. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
The spa area needed some maintenance. I noticed missing tiles. the tennis court was in poor condition too. the hotel is far from the city center. Walking back was difficult due to the location on a hill.

the hotel rooms are very nice. i had a beautiful double room with partial sea view. it had two separate sinks. it also had a rainfall shower. the room have a mini bar and coffee and tea.

the staff was friendly. facilities were fresh and well kept. amazing pools exist at the hotel. pool service impressed me, and the drinks prepared were excellent. taxis arrived within five minutes. the hotel's proximity to the city provides peace and quiet.
the hefty deposit upon arrival surprised me. i expected the deposit back within 48 hours after checkout. it's been nearly two weeks, and despite emails, i haven't received a response or the deposit return. it is frustrating as i'm missing £150.

my room WAS spacious and offered partial views. it features a well-stocked mini-bar with a variety of drinks and snacks. the air conditioning WAS efficient and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

I found a couple of issues . First, the TV in my room did not connect to my mobile. dinner service was quite slow. It took nearly an hour for anyone to take our drink orders. Even the appetizers arrived before we had drinks on the table.
