EXCELLENT Stay, Will Come Again!
separate sinks rainfall shower fresh pastries
We enjoyed our nights in a double room balcony sea view. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast was plentiful (I loved the fresh pastries!). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free car parking was available around the hotel.
The pool area was often crowded. I struggled to find available sunbeds at times (especially in the afternoon). The hotel could improve this with more loungers.

The hotel is near the beautiful port. Puerto Portals is within a short walk, offering great restaurants and shops. Palma de Mallorca is a quick taxi ride, providing easy access to city attractions without staying in the busy tourist center.

lovely stay!
rooftop bar great staff breakfast variety convenient location
i really enjoyed the rooftop bar it had such a great vibe. the staff was fantastic throughout my visit. breakfast offered a large variety of choices each morning and i found the fresh omelettes to be a real treat. the location provided quick access to the beautiful port and several beaches.
the gym was a bit small, so it was difficult to get a full workout when others were using it.

mixed experience at this hotel
inefficient sound proofing cigarette smoke
the breakfast variety was acceptable and fresh
i was disappointed with the noise there was no efficient sound proofing so i could clearly hear conversations and music from adjacent rooms traffic noise was constant at night sitting on the balcony was also marred by cigarette smoke wafting from nearby balconies

stained walls chipped bedroom door
the room wasn't great. the walls had stains, and the bedroom door was chipped. the sliding door curtain also had stains. the manager seemed frosty after i complained, and housekeeping never cleaned the balcony . the food at breakfast was just ok, nothing special at all.

attentive staff clean rooms quick access basic gym early closure noisy location
The port of puerto portals is a short walk. It includes restaurants and shops. palma de mallorca is a quick cab ride. beaches nearby allowed for fun days. the staff was attentive, and the rooms were very clean.
the hotel's immediate location is near a main road and roundabouts. to get to the pleasant area around the port, you must cross and walk a few hundred meters. the gym is basic. i was surprised the pool closed early (around 5 pm).
