The room smelled faintly like mildew. I suspect some kind of mold issue. it was like they were auditioning for a role in a poorly written sitcom..

i FOUND the room modern. The hotel offered a gym and a REALLY nice indoor pool. The breakfast included a HUGE variety of options (i loved it!).
The reception staff seemed a little UNFRIENDLY at times. The tv did not work properly. I noticed some mold in the steam room (this was not ideal).

i liked the breakfast. they had a wide range of options available including fresh fruit. the rooftop infinity pool was a plus. it gave a sense of luxury with cabana sunbeds available.
our room was not soundproof. the noise from the corridor was a problem. the room felt stuffy and the view was bad. we saw dirty buildings.

I ADORED the touch panels in my room for controlling the lights and blinds. It felt so modern! There were also plenty of sockets, SUPER handy for all my devices. The full-length mirror was a nice addition, and the visible shower from the bedroom was pretty cool and innovative!
The hotel gym was somewhat small for a hotel of this caliber.

the hotel was good. breakfast was varied and extended till 11. i got a welcome drink, it was much appreciated. i rented a bike with very good condition at low rates.
the tv in the room do not worked properly and kept turning on and off every five minutes. it was raining , i was hoping for some cozy time in the room. it was not possible.

I found the hotel to be modern and impeccably clean! the pool area is fabulous, and the hotel provides pool towels, very convenient. breakfast was also excellent. It had everything i could have wanted! i noticed the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them.
i noticed the gym was a bit small.

the hotel is conveniently close to the main attractions, though not in the very center. it's a short walk to the shopping area and about 15 minutes to the cathedral. the bus route to the airport is very close.

the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern! i thought the housekeepers did an excellent job tidying up the room each day. the bathroom offered sufficient privacy, which i appreciated! everything was well kept.

I found the staff very polite and helpful. This included the housekeeping team! when i needed something sorted , the manager was very attentive and understanding. he quickly resolved the matter, very reassuring!!!
